Can't argue with science—chocolate is good for pregnant women!

We just heard the sweetest news ever! A new Canadian study found that eating chocolate while pregnant is good for your baby.

According to researchers at the University of Laval Quebec City, giving into your chocolate craving is healthier than you think. Chocolate can increase fetal growth, make the placenta work more efficiently and may also help prevent preeclampsia.

But how can this delicious treat be healthy? It's simple: flavanols which are found naturally in cocoa are anti-oxidant rich nutrients. 'Nuff said. Now time to let your sweet tooth do the talking.

May we suggest some chocolate brownies for you and baby?

Just one piece you say? No you deserve a whole pie!

Forget pregzilla! You can be a cookie monster!

Did someone say truffles?

Now you can have your chocolate cake and eat it too!

Have a few cupcakes as well! All in the name of a healthy pregnancy right?
