We just heard the sweetest news ever! A new Canadian study found that eating chocolate while pregnant is good for your baby.

According to researchers at the University of Laval Quebec City, giving into your chocolate craving is healthier than you think. Chocolate can increase fetal growth, make the placenta work more efficiently and may also help prevent preeclampsia.

But how can this delicious treat be healthy? It's simple: flavanols which are found naturally in cocoa are anti-oxidant rich nutrients. 'Nuff said. Now time to let your sweet tooth do the talking.
