Yoga poses for strength and posture

Add a little omm to your day with this yoga workout. Dara Bergeron, founder of Belly Bootcamp, shows you five yoga poses that will stretch and strengthen your muscles. Practice each pose for 30 seconds and rest in between if needed. Or turn it into a circuit and do all five moves right after one another. Repeat three times. And make sure to try our stroller workout—it's a fun way to exercise with your baby.
