The royal family was out in full force on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Queen's birthday at the annual Trooping the Colour festivities, and while royal baby Archie stayed cozy at home, the family's next-youngest member made his big debut! Prince Louis looked absolutely adorable as he showed off his latest skill—the royal wave!—which he clearly learned from his big sister Princess Charlotte.

Dressed in a white shirt with blue embroidery and a pair of blue shorts (very similar to a red outfit George wore to Charlotte's christening), the littlest Cambridge gave us a first look from the palace window, where the kids were likely with their nanny while their family went for a carriage ride below.

Then he hopped into the Duchess of Cambridge's arms before reaching for his dad, taking his wave public for all the world to see (and melting hearts instantly!). While Prince George looked a bit cranky during his fifth appearance (who can blame him, he was probably wrenched away from an episode of Fireman Sam),  Princess Charlotte waved her hand at the crowds—and her baby brother followed her lead.

Prince William and Kate couldn't help but giggle as they watched their little boy mark another milestone, shooting his arm up to the sky and giving his biggest wave. And it didn't end when the family turned to head back inside the palace, when the one-year-old couldn't help but wave to a familiar face: his grandpa Prince Charles. Can you even?

Baby Archie's parents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, had a parents' day out, riding in a carriage with Duchess Kate and Camilla before heading to the balcony to watched a special flypast with their family. They were probably itching to get back to their one-month-old, whose christening will bring the family together again during the summer.
