Aww, royal fans will love this one. Prince William and Kate, both 31, have hired his childhood nanny, Jessie Webb, to help care for two-month-old Prince George.

This is particularly aww-worthy because Princes William and Harry loved their nanny — whom the UK papers are calling "Granny Nanny" — so much so that she was invited as a guest of honour at the royal wedding, in 2011.

Us Weekly Magazine got the royal scoop. According to their sources, 71-year-old Webb, who was hired by Princess Diana and Prince Charles all those years ago, will work part time for the royal couple. She's reportedly came out of retirement for the gig.

"She will assist them on trips with George, such as engagements away from London and overseas tours," a source for the mag says.

"Granny Nanny" was, indeed, on duty when William and Kate attended their first post-baby formal event, last Thursday, Sept. 12. And The New York Daily News has a photo of Kate and Jessie making a McDonald's stop just last week.

Undoubtedly, this is a huge upset to all those royal-nanny wannabes who actually go to a special school to qualify for the coveted position. But so nice for the family!
