Make fancy jars for the holidays
Spreading cheer
This craft works perfectly for a recipe like Decadent Dark Chocolate Sauce with a Hint of Mint. The tasty sauce makes five half-cup servings, but feel free to use larger jars. Just remember to adjust size of the paper circle to fit your lid.

Supplies
Here’s what you need:
A half-cup jar with lid, paper, scissors, pencil, tape, decorative twine

Step 1
Cut a paper circle 13 cm in diameter. Place jar lid in centre; trace around outside.

Step 2
Cut slits in paper from outside edge to traced line. Place the jar lid in middle of paper and tape slits down.

Ta-da!
Cut out the twine and wrap around jar; tie the label with string. Get the cute gift tag printable here.
