Getting kids to the dentist can be a real pain in the… mouth. But really, you’d need pure magic to get a kid to actually look forward to going to the dentist. Fortunately for parents in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, paediatric dentist Eyal Simchi has just the trick (or tricks) up his sleeve—literally.
Simchi has been posting videos of his amazing work with his kid patients on the Riverfront Pediatric Dentistry’s Facebook page for the past two years, but one video of him performing a magic trick for an amazed little boy is taking the internet by storm. A few days ago, Twitter user Chris Kostka posted the video in a tweet with the caption, “lemme bless y’all with this video,” and it went viral, quickly garnering more than 12 million views. The video was also posted on the dentistry’s Facebook page earlier this month and has been viewed there about 16 million times. It’s not hard to see why. Take a look:

Don’t you wish your kid’s dentist was this cool? We just love how amazed and excited the little kid is.
You've got to see this teacher perform individual handshakes with his studentsLike most of the internet, we probably watched this video at least ten times, and we totally couldn’t figure out how Simchi pulled off this awesome trick (someone in the Twitter thread did ruin the magic by sharing his secret, but we won’t spoil it for ya by sharing it here. You’re welcome).
While this video is the one that really blew up with view counts in the millions, his other videos have found a considerably sized audience as well with many of them ranging in the thousands. Some involve more magic, but others involve singing, jokes and just some good ole’ fun. Take a look at some of our faves:

Who would have thought that a child who is scared of doctors would sing her way through a dental appointment. She still doesnt know she had an injection :-)

We can’t be the only ones with giant smiles on our faces after watching those videos, right? We know that the tricks he performs for the kids is just fancy sleight of hand, but seeing how unafraid and actually excited this kids are about going to the dentist? That’s the real magic.
