Pink has a few *ahem* strong words for the "parenting police" of Instagram.

The mother of two posted a super sweet photo of her eight-year-old daughter, Willow running through water on Tuesday. But it's not just the picture that has us beaming at our phones with glee, it's her caption that makes Pink the most bad*ss, yet relatable, mom ever!

The singer—who is no stranger to getting parent-shameddoesn't hold back in calling out the critics who are always quick to voice their opinions on how she raises her children. And in her caption, she mockingly criticizes her own parenting abilities in true Internet troll fashion.

"Here’s a picture of my child running through water. It wasn’t even filtered. What a waste of water. And no helmet? I hope she had sunscreen. If she slips and falls she may be traumatized for life. And her mother wasn’t even there. I was..... gasp.... working!!!! In another country!"

As if the post couldn't get any better, she includes several hashtags that are giving us life right now, like #f*cktheparentingpolice and #opinionsarelike*ssholes.

Back in March, Pink posted a picture of herself with Willow and her two-year-old son Jameson interacting with a pelican at the beach, which sparked a lot of backlash. Jameson was photographed without a diaper on and people were quick to shame her for it. Pink blasted the Internet by taking down the photo and uploading an edited version along with an angry rant—and who could blame her?

"Going off about my baby’s penis? About circumcision??? Are you for real? As any normal mother at the beach, I didn’t even notice he took off his swim diaper," she says in her caption.

This was not cool, and after that incident, Pink vowed to share less of her kids online. But like a champ, she never lets the haters get her down. Instead, she calls them out for it in the best ways possible. You keep doing you, girl!
