Kate was flawless

The Duchess of Cambridge looked flawless as she emerged from St. Mary's hospital in a pale blue Jenny Packham polka-dot dress — beautifully reminiscent of the dress Princess Diana wore when she emerged with Prince William.

Proud papa

“When the little boy grows up, we’ll remind him of his tardiness,” Prince William joked, referring to the baby being overdue. “He’s got her looks, thankfully.”

Beaming, glowing...

“It's very emotional,” Kate told reporters. “Any parent knows what this feeling feels like.”

Protective father

William is the first senior royal to actually take parental leave. He'll be with Kate and the baby for two weeks before he goes back to work as a helicopter pilot at the Royal Airforce.

Gorg!

It truly is amazing how natural and beautiful the Duchess looked just over 24 hours after giving birth (with or without professional hair and makeup people!).

Happy new family

The royal couple has been so generous with the media. They assured us they'd give us a name for the new prince soon. And they didn't disappoint!

Off to the palace

William snapped the carseat in the car and wiped his head, as if to say, “Phew!” Kate sat in the back with the baby, and he drove home. They are, indeed, so refreshingly normal. Congrats to the royal family!
