Kristen Bell on losing the baby weight... slowly

First off: Catch me on CTV's etalk TONIGHT — talking about (drumroll...) celebrities and losing the baby weight!

Speaking of which... Veronica Mars star Kristen Bell, 33, recently opened up to E! News about her journey to lose the baby weight since giving birth to her daughter, Lincoln, back in March.

"I'm definitely trying to lose it — I want to be clear," she said. "But I'm not letting it keep me up at night and I am not letting it become the narrative of my life for the next year." Go, girl!

For those moms who feel like they need to race to lose the weight, Kristen has this to say: "It's like, by the way, don't you want to look like you've had a baby? I'm sitting here with you, I'm crunched over, I have a huge muffin top — who cares?!" Go, muffin top!

And it's not like this way of thinking has been easy for Kristen.... "I had to surrender to not worrying about the way I looked, how much I weighed, because that's just part of the journey of having a baby," she told E!. "I am not a woman whose self-worth comes from her dress size." Oh, yeah!

To lose the weight at a healthy, realistic pace, Kristen's been running for 10 to 20 minutes, three to four days a week — "or two or three, depending on what the weeks look like" — and doing pilates at home with a friend. If she needs to get out of the house and get really "sweaty," she goes to spin class...

"Sometimes I go to SoulCycle, which is my worst nightmare, but I feel like Superman when I leave," she tells E!.

And it never hurt a celeb to resort to good ole Spanx when hitting the red carpet. Kristen admits this strategy is one of her go-tos.

"I also get a lot of help from Spanx and there's a great compression garment called Design by Veronique, which has post-surgical compression garments," she shared. "They're medical grade — they're like catsuits — and I wear them under outfits."

So, do we love her? Or do we love her?
