Kate Middleton: IN LABOUR!
Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, has gone into labour!
Finally, BIG NEWS amid the Great Kate Wait! (I am right on top of it, thanks to my husband, who had to leave for a business trip at 4 a.m. this morning, just as the news was hitting Canada.)
Kate Middleton, more properly known as the Duchess of Cambridge, has been admitted to the Lindo wing of St. Mary's hospital in London! She is NOW IN LABOUR.
Sources say the Queen's former gynecologist -- therefore, the "royal gynecologist"! -- is tending to her after being paged on a top-secret line by Kate and William's press secretary.
Currently by her side are Prince William, Kate's mom, Carole, and sister, Pippa. Prince Charles is expected to visit his first grandchild, as well. Queen Elizabeth, who will be the royal baby's great-grandmother, obviously, will be the first to be notified, however. Once she's in the know, royal baby details (birth, sex, weight, possibly the name), will be formally announced by the palace and on Twitter.
