Last week, Lalo, the oh-so-trendy baby and toddler essentials brand, launched The 3-in-1 Potty. Designed in-house, the patent-pending product sold out quickly, blowing past the brand’s first-month sales forecast by 10x.

What Is the Lalo 3-in-1 Potty?
LaloThe Lalo 3-in-1 potty grows with your kid, evolving with them through different training stages. Designed for ages 18 months and up, it reduces the number of potty products you need—goodbye bathroom clutter—and helps make the transition from potty to toilet smoother.
Lalo's latest innovation starts as a standalone floor potty, designed for the early days of potty training. Then, it converts into a potty training seat that fits standard adult toilets. Finally, it transforms into a step stool for reaching the sink or getting onto the toilet.
The Small Design Details Parents Will Appreciate
The Lalo potty is packed with convenience features that make potty training a little easier. There's a handy built-in wipe dispenser and a removable inner bowl that can be tossed in the dishwasher—making cleanup far simpler during the messiest stage of potty training. The inner bowl is accessed by a soft-open hinged lid that lifts seamlessly.
The toilet seat trainer is removable and built into the top of the potty. Conveniently, the base of the potty flips over to become the step stool. A secure, nonslip base means your kid won't be sliding around the bathroom floor as they do their business.
According to Lalo co-founder Michael Wieder, the design was shaped directly by customer feedback. "We talk to our customers constantly, and they were asking us to make a potty. They love the way our bath line looks and asked if we could use the same aesthetics and functionality to create a potty. We took that challenge seriously. We elevated the features and functionalities in a typical potty and created something that looks good in a bathroom."
