HGTV star Heather Rae El Moussa gave birth to her first son with her husband Tarek El Moussa on January 31. The couple is showering the little bundle, Tristan Jay, with oodles of love.

"Our little bear," Heather, 35, captioned the heart-melting photo of Tristan. The image, which Tarek is tagged in, shows dad and baby snuggled up against each other. Adding, "Gave Tristan a bath tonight, our boy loves the water."

Their little bear is seen swaddled in a coo-worthy gray and white sleep sack much like this Hudson Baby wearable sleep sack with metallic foil stars. It's similar to one of the sleep sacks on our newborn checklist.

Aside from the arduous demands of mothering a newborn, Heather's latest show with Tarek, The Flipping El Moussas, just debuted on HGTV last Thursday. Heather has been vocal about "Grandma" holding down the fort at home while she and Tarek tend to work obligations and filming. Relatable, right?

The loving post comes a week after celebrating Tristan's one-month birthday. "Hi guys, I'm one month old today!" Heather shared in an Instagram Story just days earlier. "I'm as tired as I look. Sleep with a newborn isn't sleep," she continued writing over an additional snap. "It's checking them every few minutes, every noise, every movement..."

And Heather has been refreshingly open about her new role as a mom since welcoming baby Tristan into the fold. She's openly shared their struggles with jaundice and tongue and cheek tie surgeries which stemmed from the issues interfering with breastfeeding.

"Breastfeeding, for me, is definitely harder than I thought," she detailed in a February post while cuddling Tristan in her bedroom. "Hard, but very gratifying. I love it."

We feel ya, Momma.
