Layer 1/2 cup compote with 1/2 cup plain yogurt, and 1/4 cup each granola and fresh fruit. Serve for breakfast or as a snack.
Beat 1 cup 35% whipping cream in a medium bowl using an electric mixer on medium until soft peaks form, 2 to 4 min. Reduce speed to low and beat in 1/2 a 300-mL can sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup compote until just combined. Mixture should be smooth and fluffy. Scrape into a resealable container. Cover and freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
Combine 4 cups peeled and chopped gala apples and 1 cup apple juice in a medium saucepan. Gently boil over medium, partially covered, occasionally breaking up apples with a wooden spoon, until apples are very tender and mixture is thick, 20 to 25 min. Stir in 1 cup compote. Let applesauce cool completely before serving.
