Peach and Tomato Salsa

This quick and easy peach and tomato salsa can be thrown together in minutes, and goes well with pork, chicken and fish. It's gluten-free, too.


  • 1 cup diced peaches

  • 1 cup diced tomtato

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp cider vinegar

  • pinch salt

  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, optional


  • Combine peaches and tomatoes in a bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar and salt, and toss just to combine.

  • Sprinkle with cilantro, if using.


This salsa goes perfectly with our Tandoori Pork Tenderloin.
