3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp light soy sauce
2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
1 grated carrot
Whisk rice vinegar, canola oil, honey and light soy sauce in a large bowl. Add red and green cabbage and grated carrot. Toss to coat.
