Easy Cabbage SlawBy Chatelaine
Perfect on top of pulled pork, our Easy Cabbage Slaw is a cinch to prepare.
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 1 grated carrot
- Whisk rice vinegar, canola oil, honey and light soy sauce in a large bowl. Add red and green cabbage and grated carrot. Toss to coat.
