Creamy Hot Mocha Mix

This is the perfect gift for your favourite babysitter or piano teacher. Fill an empty glass bottle with this wonderful concoction, affix a custom label and top with some shiny ribbons. Don't forget to include directions for using the mix.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups skim milk powder
2 cups non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup decaffeinated instant coffee
2 113-g pkgs vanilla instant pudding mix
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and stir with a whisk, until everything is thoroughly and evenly mixed.
To make a hot mocha, put 3 tbsp of mocha mix into a cup, add boiling water and stir.
