Pumpkin Pie PuréeBy Chatelaine
Don't leave baby out of the pumpkin trend! This yummy mix of oats, pumpkin, banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon is the perfect sweet treat.
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 3 tbsp very finely ground rolled oats
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
- pinch ground cinnamon
- finely crumbled arrowroot cookies , optional
- Whisk boiling water and oats in a small bowl until smooth. Whisk in pumpkin, banana and cinnamon. To serve, sprinkle with cookie crumbs if using.
