Pumpkin Pie Purée

Don't leave baby out of the pumpkin trend! This yummy mix of oats, pumpkin, banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon is the perfect sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp very finely ground rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • finely crumbled arrowroot cookies , optional

Instructions

    • Whisk boiling water and oats in a small bowl until smooth. Whisk in pumpkin, banana and cinnamon. To serve, sprinkle with cookie crumbs if using.
