Don't leave baby out of the pumpkin trend! This yummy mix of oats, pumpkin, banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon is the perfect sweet treat.
1/2 cup boiling water
3 tbsp very finely ground rolled oats
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1/3 cup mashed ripe banana
pinch ground cinnamon
finely crumbled arrowroot cookies, optional
Whisk boiling water and oats in a small bowl until smooth. Whisk in pumpkin, banana and cinnamon. To serve, sprinkle with cookie crumbs if using.
