Sparkling 'Champagne' Mocktail

Everyone can clink glasses with this deliciously bubbly 'champagne' mocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice , preferably chilled
- 1/4 cup frozen white grape juice concentrate
- 2 1/4 cups club soda , preferably chiled
- 2 mint sprigs , optional
Instructions
- Stir apple juice with grape concentrate in a pitcher until dissolved. Pour in club soda. Stir in mint, if desired. Pour into plastic champagne flutes.
