We're absolutely dotty for this look. Rita Remark, lead artist for Essie Canada, tells us how to create this simple manicure.
1. Paint nails with 2 coats of your favourite dark shade of polish. Allow to dry completely.
2. Apply a clear matte topcoat.
3. Pour a tiny amount of polish into a dish. Dip a bobby pin into polish and press dots onto nails (press harder for larger dots).
4. Allow to dry completely. Do not apply topcoat.
