Even if you don’t have a brood that requires two-kilogram tubs of peanut butter, Costco has tons of variety and value to offer, especially in its private-label Kirkland Signature products. Often cheaper than their brand-name equivalents, they’re also occasionally the same or better in quality—sometimes even made by the same company that manufactures the original. Next time you’re cruising the aisles, have a few samples and check out these 11 best Kirkland Signature products to buy now at Costco.

The items and prices listed in the gallery below were sourced from the Costco in Burlington, Ont. and may vary from store to store.

AA Batteries

Stock up, and avoid having to swap the batteries from your kids’ toys to power your remote. In Consumer Reports testing, Kirkland Signature alkaline AAs were rated a “Best Buy” because of their performance and price, which is currently about 52 cents per pair (Duracell performed better, but cost more than twice as much). Consumer Reports also says don’t bother storing them in the fridge—a cool, dark place works as well.
