Make this pretty floral hair fascinator together and dress like a royal for a special occasion or tea party.
Fascinators can be made as simple or fancy as your time, supplies and patience permit. Flowers, feathers, beads and tulle are just some of the things that can come together to create a regal look for make-believe royals. Use a clip or hair band to make your creation easy to wear.

Here's what you'll need:
A stretchy hair band or a hair clip
One piece of felt or craft foam
Decorating supplies: artificial flowers, feathers, beads and/or tulle
Ribbon
Glue gun
Needle and thread (optional)
Create a round or oval base out of simple felt or craft foam. It should be big enough to make a statement, but not so big that it’s hard to secure to your clip or hair band.

Layer decorative items, arranging them in a way that is pleasing to the eye, with bigger items towards the back. Then glue the items together, using your glue gun, and adhere to the felt or foam base.
