Cupcake decorating ideas: Rainbow

Cover cupcake with blue glaze icing. Cut a piece of rainbow ribbon candy. Curve candy into an arch and place on cupcake. Using a small round tip, pipe white icing clouds around rainbow. Dip a finger into water and gently press down peaks of cloud icing.
