His heartfelt post about his third child has us all warm and fuzzy inside. Plus, he had some great delivery-room advice for new dads too!

Yesterday was a good day to be born it seems—especially if you're the third child in your family. Not only did we finally meet the new little prince, who is Prince William and Kate Middleton's third child (as if you didn't know that already), but the world also welcomed Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's third kid, an adorable baby girl named Tiana.
While it's hard to compete with a royal baby's welcome, The Rock announced his news with an Instagram post showing a cute picture of his new daughter laying on his chest for some good ole' skin-to-skin contact. Now, we know babies are small, but little Tiana looks so adorably tiny compared to her hulking father—she almost fits in the palm of his hand. Take a look:
The picture is super sweet, but his loving caption is what we love the most. "Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world," he wrote. "I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there."
He continued his caption with some solid advice for dads-to-be about their time in the delivery room. "Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do," he wrote. "But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer—watch your child being born. It's a life changer, and the respect and admiration you have for a woman will forever be boundless." Right on Dwayne! Childbirth may be messy, but there's definitely something about witnessing it that is just so awe-inspiring.
He closes his note with a sweet promise to his new baby—the same one he gave to his two other daughters when they were born. "You have my word, I’ll love, protect, guide and make ya laugh for the rest of my life," wrote the actor. "Your crazy dad has many responsibilities and wears many hats in this big ol’ world, but being your dad will always be the one I’m most proud to wear." Welp, looks like our eyes have sprung a leak.
Now, with a nickname like The Rock, you'd think he'd be super tough and super macho (and he is!), but Dwayne has shown that he's also a big ole' softy with a heart of the purest gold. Tiana, you're a lucky little girl.
