As many a celeb mom knows, fame does not exempt you from the many struggles of pregnancy.

Which is why Shay Mitchell, who is pregnant with her first child, had to get creative when she found herself constantly running to pee. Her solution? Adult diapers!

Yup, Shay discussed her experience with this particular pregnancy woe in the latest instalment of Almost Ready, the vlog series she created to chronicle her journey as an expectant mom.

"Honestly guys, I've never known that somebody could pee as much as you do when you're pregnant," Shea mentioned to her stylists while on set. "I swear to God, in a half an hour, I went to the bathroom probably about 22 times last night to the point where I was like, 'I'm f*cking wearing diapers.'"

Now, frequent urination is a normal part of pregnancy—earlier on when your kidneys are stimulated to produce more urine, and later as your growing baby moves around in your uterus and pushes on your bladder. And because Shay's work usually involves long days on set and bathrooms that are typically far away, she had to learn to depend on some Depends. Take a look:

Props to the Pretty Little Liars star for figuring out a workaround so she can handle her pregnancy while also continuing her work. Plus, we're not gonna lie, she looks so chic in that video thumbnail, even with a cartoon diaper on.
