The 2012 Golden Globe Awards

What a fun night! Did you watch, Gorgeouses? Did you watch the Golden Globes?

I checked out some Twitter streams, and most of the feedback was negative: the women are too skinny, Madonna's arms are scary, Angelina Jolie looked like Skeletor, so boooring, etc., etc.. While some of that may be true, there was a lot of good stuff too. Like CLIVE OWEN, BRAD PITT (with whom I'm now IN LOVE because I saw Moneyball last night...), ROBERT DOWNEY JR., COLIN FIRTH, Johnny Depp, George Clooney, and Tilda Swinton, Meryl Streep, Kate Winslet, Natalie Portman, Octavia Spencer, Sophia Vergara, Jodie Foster, Michelle Williams, Salma Hayek.... It was a major, MAJOR night.

Oh, and if you're wondering about Brad Pitt's cane — which George Clooney joked about when he presented Moneyball in the Best Picture category (which it totally should have won, wahhh!). Don't worry. He didn't get a hip replacement or anything like that. He's definitely aging more gracefully than that (h-h-h-hawt)! He, apparently, slipped carrying 3-year-old Vivienne down a ski slope: "It was either her or me," he reportedly said.

So what do you think of Ang's dress? I thought she looked (yes, underweight, but) breathtaking. And what did you think of the show? Ricky Gervais? (Love!) More to come!
