Suri Cruise's birthday plans....

Little Suri's turning 5 on April 18th! And her mama, Katie Holmes (32), is already making plans for the perfect birthday.

In an interview on Ryan Seacrest's radio show this morning (Monday), promoting her new miniseries The Kennedys, Katie got to talking about Suri's big day -- Katie's "favourite day of the year."

"This is my favorite day of the year," Katie told Ryan. "[Suri] wants a pinata and her girlfriends to come over [and] swimming.... We're gonna make a cake together!" A pinata? The girl who has everything wants a pinata! Hee!

"We're gonna have a little tea party," Katie added. "I kind of like to girl it up!"

That sounds really sweet. And surprisingly normal...!
