Oscar-winner Reese Witherspoon, 37, was spotted taking the adorable nine-month-old for a checkup at the doctor's office. And look how cute (and big!) he is in his sweet striped onesie. OY!

Reese looked lovely in paisley shorts and a blue tank. As usual, she sparked up her look with a fabulous accessory -- that amazing yellow bag.
And, you'll notice, just like his mama, Tennessee's got his own clever accessories: Band-Aids on his thigh and big toe. Not sure which character he's sporting -- all I can see is that they're orange. Any guesses?
