Perception star Rachael Leigh Cook and her hubby, The Vampire Diaries star Daniel Gillies, welcomed their first child yesterday (Sunday, September 29).

“It’s a girl," the proud new dad tweeted. "The tiny new empress of my everything . She’s immaculate. We’re delirious.”

No details on the name, or anything — just that mom and dad are "delirious." Awwww...

Daniel and Rachael — who's probably best known for her role as the nerd-turned-hot-girl in the 1999 blockbuster teen flick She's all That (remember? with Freddy Prinze, Jr.?!) — have been married since 2004. They announced the pregnancy back in May.
