Pregnant Reese Witherspoon in little black dress & hot pink stilettos!

Check out pregnant Reese Witherspoon, 36, in this stunning little black dress at the Cannes Film festival over the weekend.

She was there with her husband, agent Jim Toth, 42, promoting her new movie, Mud, which hits theatres later this year and co-stars Matthew McConaughey (who was also at the festival).

Since we love Reese's style and accessories.... She complemented her dress with pretty diamond earrings, the perfect ponytail and side-swept bangs, and (scroll down ASAP for the photo), magnificent hot-pink stilettos!

Reese is mom to Deacon, 8.5, and Ava, 12 (from her previous marriage to Ryan Phillippe), and is expecting baby #3 (first baby for hubby Jim Toth) later this year.
