Kate Winslet is in Toronto! Here she is at the TIFF premiere of her new movie wearing a sharp maternity outfit.
I know, TIFF is here in my own city, and — bad celeb blogger, BAD! — I haven't even been downtown. Truth is, I've been focused on the first week of school and recovering from my Rosh Hashana dinners, which involved a trip to Montreal and back in one day. This isn't the first time TIFF has conflicted with the Jewish High Holidays either, alas, so I knew my live coverage would be minimal this year. And that's OK! I can cover it just fine from my comfy seat here at Starbucks. *Wink.*
In the meantime, Oscar winner Kate Winslet, 37, is here at the festival, looking mighty pregnant in a stunning black blazer and snug black dress, and, I have to say, GORJ!

This is the first time Kate's been seen since her pregnancy was announced back in June. So everyone's abuzz about how fabulous she looks.
“I feel completely great,” Kate told People Magazine at the TIFF premiere of her movie Labor Day. “It’s such a pleasure to be able to be here and still be permitted on an airplane and talk about a film that I’m proud to be a part of.”
“I have admiration for mothers everywhere,” she said. “Being a parent turns you inside out. It completely transforms your life and, of course, your children are your absolute everything.”
YUP!

Kate's photo'd above on the TIFF red carpet with Labor Day costar Josh Brolin. Just to recap, she and her new hubby, Ned Rocknroll, are expecting their first child together — Kate's third child. She's also mom to Mia, 12, and Joe, 9.
