Oscar-award winning actress Kate Winslet, 37, is pregnant!
The Titanic star and her hubby (British billionaire Richard Branson's nephew), Ned Rocknroll, are expecting their first child together — the third for Kate.

“Kate and Ned are delighted,” her rep said.
Kate is also mom to Mia, 12, and Joe, 9.
