Here’s what the mag’s sources are saying about Kate’s style, fitness, diet and beauty plans for her pregnancy, in their latest issue.

1. Style
In terms of her style, the magazine’s sources predict Kate will simply “fine-tune existing outfits,” so we shouldn’t see anything radical there. She’s been going for “roomy capes,” “flat boots” and even jeggings from the Gap!

2. Fitness and diet
According to Hello!, Kate is opting for gentle workouts — joining her sister, Pippa in Pilates sessions three times a week, for example, and going for regular walks with her dog, Lupo.

As for diet, the mag’s culinary sources say she’s been sticking to a “healthy diet of fish, fruit and salads.”

3. Cravings
Lavender shortbread cookies! As a source for the mag says, “She has got a real taste for these biscuits!”

4.  Beauty secrets
The Duchess has new side-swept bangs (which you can check out in the magazine). And she’s reportedly using the Karin Herzog skincare line to avoid pregnancy breakouts and pigmentation issues.
