Just married: America Ferrara!

Surprise! America Ferrara (27) and filmmaker Ryan Piers Williams got married! It's a bit of a surprise because it came out of nowhere. The intergossips had no idea this was coming -- kind of like a certain ridiculously gorj couple we know and, apparently, lust. The two got engaged almost exactly a year ago.

Ryan and America met at the University of Southern California when he cast her as the star of a student film he was working on.

Celebrity guests at the wedding included fellow Ugly Betty alums Vanessa Williams and Rebecca Romijn (and hubby Jerry O'Connell), as well as America's costars in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn, and Blake Lively.

The award-winning Ugly Betty star looked far from ugly in her stunning white Amsale's Christos wedding gown. Check out the dress and happily married couple over at People.

Ooo! And this just in: Apparently, the wedding took place at Vanessa Williams' house. OMG, and it was officiated by Judith Light, who was also on Ugly Betty! Huh! We knew the cast of Ugly Betty was tight, but it seems they're still super tight! It's been a year since the show ended. Nice to know the friendships were lasting...!
