Jessica Simpson's post-baby weight-loss plan

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that no celebrity mom wants her pre-baby body back more than Jessica Simpson, 31, who gained a reported 65 pounds during her pregnancy. And I can say that because I got at least as big as she did, and this is going to be one hot summer! Plus, the media has crucified her about the weight gain....

"I think anybody who's gone through a pregnancy, after they have the baby, it's like, 'I need to do something about this,'" Jessica tells People Magazine in their latest issue. "For me, I really want to do something that is a lifestyle, because in the past, I've been known to yo-yo diet."

Makes sense!

So it seems, like many new moms, Jessica's chosen Weight Watchers (surprise surprise) as her lifestyle of choice. "So excited to be part of the WeightWatchers family" she tweeted yesterday.

Apparently, Jessica knew she was going to join them even before she got pregnant, so she took advantage. "I was like, 'I'm going to enjoy my pregnancy,' and I did. I ate very healthy, but I did indulge some of my cravings — and that's okay because I know I can work it off now."

Does she have a goal weight? No. "I really want to set small goals, so I'm constantly reaching goals and not looking at something so far ahead."

Makes sense!

DISCUSS: How did you go about losing the baby weight? By the way, Jessica' totally making me want to join Weight Watchers right now....
