She's photo'd here giggling in her dad Eric Johnson's arms, with mom, the very pregnant Jessica Simpson, 32, smiling adoringly at her. They were arriving at LAX airport in Los Angeles, California, the other day.

Maxwell celebrated her first birthday just last Wednesday (May 1). Jessica reportedly organized a carnival-themed party for her in their backyard, last Sunday. The party included 50 guests of all ages, face-painting, beach balls, a kids' band, art tables and lots of kid-favourite foods — hot dogs, grilled cheese, fruit, candy, tacos, the works!
