It's always interesting to see how other parents discipline their kids. Here's what Jessica Alba does when her daughters misbehave.

I myself use a variety of discipline techniques when my kidlets are misbehaving (which, at ages 6 and 8, is pretty much most of the time). I'm not particularly consistent, like Jessica is, but Josh-O and I have been known to put our kids in the shower in their clothes if they're dillydallying too much before shower time.
As for Jessica? Now that her kids, Honor, 5, and Haven, 2, are old enough to scrap and steal stuff from each other, she's been relying on a key discipline strategy — namely, the time out. But she takes it a step further....

"They’re constantly snatching things out of the other one’s hand," Jessica, 32, tells People, "destroying something that the other one’s building."
"So now it's ‘Stand in the corner and put your nose against the wall!’" Jessica continues. “My two-year-old can last 15 seconds before she’s like, ‘Okay, I’m done!’, and then I’m like, ‘Wait, it’s not up to you!’ My five-year-old can go for some time, like a minute or two."
