Did Jennifer Love Hewitt's pregnancy have something to do with her show's recent cancellation? Sources say this may in part be the case.
Aww, looks like Lifetime cancelled Jennifer Love Hewitt's The Client List after just two seasons. I suppose the good news is Jennifer's got a whole new chapter of her life on the horizon — with a new baby due in December and a wedding to plan after that.

She's photo'd above in an all-black maternity top and pants, smiling at photographers despite the cancellation news, which made headlines last week.
There's been some speculation around the cancellation of The Client List, which also starred Jennifer’s fiancé, Brian Hallisay. Deadline recently reported Jennifer, who's also an executive producer of the show, was in a "creative standoff" with Lifetime and Sony TV Production executives around how the show was going to write her pregnancy into the storyline.
One major point of contention was that Jennifer allegedly wanted her fiancé to play her baby-daddy on the show. I don't watch the show, but sources say this would have been a major shift in the plot, and not at all what the other execs wanted (they wanted Colin Egglesfield, the lead male actor, to play the role). Plus, the show's ratings had dropped so much in the second season — even with all the buzz around Jennifer's pregnancy.

In the meantime, Jennifer's got lots to smile about. "I've always wanted to be a mom," she tells People. "I had a great relationship with mine. I'm ready to pass on to my child all the great love that my mom had for me."
