Botox, fillers, injections, plastic surgery, the works! These are the things most stars rely on to keep that glowing, youthful look that pays their bills so well. But OMG, Jennifer Lopez is 44 years old, and look at her.

Of course, not only is she 44, but she's also the mother of twins. And as my dentist, a dad of EIGHT, once told me: Nothing ages you faster than having kids.

Granted, as you all like to remind me on Facebook and Twitter (and, trust me, I know!), JLo's got the nannies and makeup artists and chefs and trainers and all the finest resources in the world to make herself look that good at 44. But, seriously, she looks better than ever, and it's refreshing to see her career is still soaring — that it hasn't given way to all those popular twenty-somethings who haven't yet plunged into parenthood.

JLo's photo'd here in a black top and striped pencil skirt on the set of her new thriller, The Boy Next Door, last Sunday (November 17). Her five-year-old twins, Max and Emme, joined her on set and got playful, and perhaps a bit restless — but JLo remained calm... and gorgeous.

There's been a lot of buzz around this movie, since it's Paranormal producer Jason Blum's latest micro-budget project. Jennifer plays a mom who's just separated from her husband and starts seeing the new teenage "boy next door," who then becomes friends with her son. Things turn "thriller" when she tries to end the relationship.
