Jane Lynch and Lara Embry: Divorcing

Emmy-winning Glee star Jane Lynch, 52, and her wife of almost three years, clinical psychologist Lara Embry, 44, are getting a divorce.

“Lara and I have decided to end our marriage," Jane told People Magazine in a statement. "This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another. We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter."

Jane and Lara met back in 2009 at a fundraiser. They were married the following year in Massachusetts, and Jane became stepmom to Lara's daughters, Haden and Chase.
