Star Wars creator George Lucas is a new dad again at age 69.

It's a girl for Star Wars creator George Lucas, 69, and his wife, Mellody Hobson, 44!
Their baby girl, whom they named Everest Hobson Lucas, was delivered via surrogate last Friday, Aug. 9, according to Huffington Post.

Baby Everest is the first biological child for the couple. George also has three adopted children — Amanda, 32, Katie, 25, and Jett, 20.
Mellody (who is chair of Dreamworks Animation, among other lofty things) and George have been together since 2006; they tied the knot last June before a star-studded group of guests at Skywalker Ranch, in California.
Samuel L. Jackson, aka Jedi Mace Windu in the Star Wars movies, had tweeted his excitement for the newlyweds. "Let's give a Galactic shout out to Master George Lucas & his Bride Melodie on This their WEDDING DAY!!" he tweeted. "Congrats!!!!!!"
