Gabriel Aubry picks Nahla up from school (despite bitter court battle with Halle Berry)

Yesterday, Halle Berry requested that her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry be restrained from seeing their 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, until the investigation of child endangerment is complete. But the judge apparently didn't grant her request.

As you can see, Gabriel picked Nahla up from school earlier today. Nahla looked glad to see her dad — holding him tight, as he smiled and walked her to his car.

I hope Halle and Gabriel's parenting classes help them figure out a way to co-parent without battling it out all the time like this.
