It seems Drew Barrymore, 38, who's pregnant with her second child (another girl!), got a little hungry at the Golden Globes Sunday night. The actress and founder of Flower cosmetics posted the above photo of herself indulging in a slice of pizza after the show, with the following caption: "Post Golden globes pregnant pizza after party !!!!! #waitedallnight #canteatfastenough #mulberrypizzarules"#waitedallnight."

She clearly #waitedallnight to chow down — at Mulberry Street Pizzeria, in Beverly Hills. Indeed, she couldn't wait long enough to change out of her pretty Monique Lhuillier dress!

And she wasn't shy sharing her favourite toppings with all of us. Looks like she was craving her some pepperoni, peppers and olives.

The next day, Drew showed up on The Ellen Show and discussed "eating for two" with host Ellen DeGeneres.

“I just eat everything I want, which isn’t healthy," Drew said. "I’m bigger this time than my first time. My doctor the other day was like, ‘Yeah, so I think maybe pull back. A little bit.’”

“I was like, really?" she continued. "I thought I was doing great. I still fit into those jeans — they hurt when I wear them — but I still fit into them. I don’t ever pose, ‘I’m just so fabulous and I lose it like that.’ I want to enjoy the pasta right now! What’s 10 lbs.?"

Love this... I had the same attitude during my pregnancies — little did I know, though, that it would take five years to lose that extra weight. But, it was kind of worth every comforting bite.

What was/is your diet like while pregnant? Did you eat whatever you wanted? Were you vigilant about every morsel that passed your lips?
