Custody battle doesn't age Halle Berry

Unlike most of us (ahem), parenthood is not rapidly aging Halle Berry. The 44-year-old actress looks more gorj than ever in the above photo, taken just yesterday, of her and her daughter Nahla (3) going for an after-school stroll along the streets of LA -- Nahla carrying her cute pink backpack, and Halle carrying Nahla's work of art!

The bitter custody battle with Nahla's father, Gabriel Aubry (34), isn't aging Halle either, it seems. But it is keeping her from sustaining acting gigs. It was recently announced that Angela Basset is replacing Halle in the Broadway production of Mountaintop, costarring Samuel L. Jackson WHO recently read the much-buzzed-about book Go the F-- to Sleep on Letterman how it's meant to be read...! (I'll post the video asap, in case you haven't seen it.)

So how gorj is Halle Berry? We need to get her beauty tips ASAP. My face is breaking out as I type this....
