Celebrity costumes: Gwen Stefani goes to the ball!

Gwen Stefani went all out in this fabulous Cinderella costume, at a Halloween party in Beverly Hills, Saturday night. 

An unusual choice for this unconventional fashionista, but she definitely edged it up with all the gold necklaces and accessories. LOVES it. Gosh, I wonder what the shoes are like. They're hidden under the dress in every pic, alas! (More below....)
