Miranda Kerr

"If I'm feeling tired, I like to put cool fresh organic cucumber slices on my eyes to revive them," says supermodel and mom of one Miranda Kerr, 30. "I also sleep with organic coconut oil or olive oil in my hair once a week as a treatment—it nourishes the scalp and leaves my hair super shiny! I also use my KORA Organics Vitamin Enhanced Lip balm to highlight my brow and cheekbones."

Jennifer Lopez

"I never drank or smoked, and it's really paying off now because my skin is still really good with moisturizing and getting good sleep," says mom of two Jennifer Lopez, 44.

"There are a number of weird diets out there but I don’t follow them,” she shares, “I eat almost everything, only in moderation."

"A little piece of something fattening is not going to kill you," she adds. "It’s when you eat the whole box that it’s going to kill you."

Gwyneth Paltrow

“I try to always cleanse my skin and moisturize at night," mom of two Gwyneth Paltrow, 41, tells People. "I’ve gotten a lot better at it. I used to just wash my face with a washcloth and water. But now I’m 41, so I need to be a girl and deal with products and put them on and stuff. I still think a hot wash cloth is a really good exfoliator, and I still use it. But I put a cleanser on first. Exfoliation is super important. A hot wash cloth and good scrub."

She also recommends a good sweat: “If you have a good sweat everyday it’s so detoxifying and good for your skin tone.” Hot yoga, here I come!
