"If I'm feeling tired, I like to put cool fresh organic cucumber slices on my eyes to revive them," says supermodel and mom of one Miranda Kerr, 30. "I also sleep with organic coconut oil or olive oil in my hair once a week as a treatment—it nourishes the scalp and leaves my hair super shiny! "I say this to every young person I know: Stay out of the sun!" Julianne Moore, 52, tells InStyle. "I have very fair skin and it would have been super-damaged. I always wear sunscreen and I walk on the shady side of the street."
Julianne's also famous for going makeup-free much of the time, and she's said to favour natural skincare.

"I never drank or smoked, and it's really paying off now because my skin is still really good with moisturizing and getting good sleep," says mom of two Jennifer Lopez, 44.
"There are a number of weird diets out there but I don’t follow them,” she shares, “I eat almost everything, only in moderation."
"A little piece of something fattening is not going to kill you," she adds. "It’s when you eat the whole box that it’s going to kill you."

“I try to always cleanse my skin and moisturize at night," mom of two Gwyneth Paltrow, 41, tells People. "I’ve gotten a lot better at it. I used to just wash my face with a washcloth and water. But now I’m 41, so I need to be a girl and deal with products and put them on and stuff. I still think a hot wash cloth is a really good exfoliator, and I still use it. But I put a cleanser on first. Exfoliation is super important. A hot wash cloth and good scrub."
She also recommends a good sweat: “If you have a good sweat everyday it’s so detoxifying and good for your skin tone.” Hot yoga, here I come!

“Use any cream that says 'elimination' in big bold letters on the jar!" insists mom of three Sarah Jessica Parker, 49. "I swear by Garnier UltraLif cream. It targets wrinkles and dryness as well as being really inexpensive.”
Though there may be no cosmetic surgery for SJP, there's no limit to what she'll slather on: “I believe in buying as many anti-aging creams as possible!”
“My best beauty advice came from my mother,” Blue Ivy Carter's mom, Beyoncé, 32, tells Glamour. “She always says that outer beauty fades and inner beauty has a lasting effect. She also told me to wash my makeup off before going to bed. I don’t always, but I’m trying!”

Flower Cosmetics founder Drew Barrymore, 39, says not to bother smearing foundation on your whole face, but rather, just apply it to spots that need brightening—under the eyes, outer corner of the eyes, around the nose. Another quick on-the-go beauty tip? Drew recommends dabbing lipstick on your cheek instead of blush.
