Anna Paquin debuts her baby bump at True Blood premiere

Pregnant Anna Paquin, 29, stepped out for the first time since her pregnancy made headlines with hubby and True Blood costar, Stephen Moyer, 42, at last night's True Blood premiere in Hollywood, California.

Look how gorj!

“I feel fantastic,” she told the press, posing in a pretty little black dress and sky-high heels  (which seems to be a trend for pregnant celebrities at premieres these days, huh?).

This will be the first child for Anna, and the third for Stephan Moyer, who's dad to Lilac, 10, and Billy, 12.
