Alec Baldwin welcomes a baby girl

Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria, have welcomed a baby girl. Check out the pretty name they chose.

It's a girl for Alec Baldwin!

The 55-year-old A-lister and his wife, yoga instructor Hilaria, 29, welcomed their first child together earlier today, Friday, August 23.

And the name is... Carmen Gabriela Baldwin. Lovely!

Hilaria, who's quite active on Twitter and Instagram, tweeted the news. “We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our daughter," she writes. "She is absolutely perfect."

This is the first child for Hilaria and the second for Alec, who also has a 17-year-old daughter, Ireland, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
