Health Canada is recalling a toddler booster seat out of concern children may fall out of it.
Health Canada is recalling the OXO Tot Nest Booster Seat due to concerns toddlers may fall out of the seat because the stitching on the harness straps can become loose and detach.
The recall affects any seats with the manufacture date 0714, 0814, 0914, 1014, 1114, or 1214. You can find these dates by looking on the bottom of the product.

OXO Tot Nest Booster Seat in Green, item number: 6367200 OXO Tot Nest Booster Seat in Taupe, item number: 6367500 OXO Tot Nest Booster Seat in Orange, item number: 6367400
There are no reported injuries. However, OXO International Ltd. had five reports in the United States claiming the stitching came undone.
The recalled seats were sold from November 2014 to April 2015 in Canada—approximately 136 seats in Canada and more than 25,000 in the United States.
If you have this product: Discontinue use immediately and contact OXO International, Ltd. They will send you replacement harness straps and instructions on how to install them for free.
