Review

In Canada, it’s paramount to ensure that your tires can withstand every weather condition, with rain and snow occurring as frequently as hot, sunny days.  During the rainy fall season in Ontario, our testers wanted tires that they could trust to guarantee them safe and comfortable travel when driving—but could also help them prepare for the upcoming winter season.

“When they first delivered the tires to our house, the first thing we noticed was how deep and wide the treads of the tires looked,” they noted. “It looked just like the winter tires that we own, and we questioned whether they had sent winter tires instead!”

For families of all sizes, SUVs and CUVs remain popular choices for North Americans, with ample size and comfort for every ride. The Atrezzo 4S tires are a perfect fit for these vehicles, as well as sedans and minivans. These all-weather tires rank among the top of Sailun’s tires when it comes to wet and dry performance and tread life while still scoring top marks on comfort and quietness. Most notable is this tire’s 3PMSF certification, giving you the confidence to face winter head-on.

Susan and Quoc tested their tires over the course of two weeks, exposing these tires to daily, rainy conditions in urban centres and highways alike to test whether these all-weather tires would be winter-fit. Driving for over 350 km per week, here’s what their experience showed them about the Atrezzo 4S tires.

Quality

  • The Atrezzo 4S’ four circumferential grooves and multi-siped tread blocks provided a sturdy driving experience
  • The well-designed tire provides plenty of grip—perfect for wet conditions

Ease of Use

  • Every ride felt smooth and quiet—though we always drive with music on! Speed bumps were noticeably less disruptive
  • We always felt confident behind the wheel in the rain, comforted by the sturdiness
  • Strong traction meant driving in wet weather felt easy and never felt different versus dry conditions—we didn’t have to significantly change the way we drive in wet conditions

Innovation

  • Turns felt smooth and tight, with better control—especially on wet turns
  • Enhanced grip was very noticeable on sudden stops and accelerating after stops

Value

  • Having neglected to replace our regular tires for over six years, we immediately felt a significant difference that made us realize how much we had been compromising our safety
  • When the winter season comes around, we feel extremely confident that these tires will perform well—they feel just as safe as winter tires
