Ingredients
12 toasted multi-grain baguette, slices
1 tbsp butter, (softened)
1/4 cup watercress sprigs
2 sliced hard boiled eggs
1 tsp finely chopped red onion
pinch salt
pinch black pepper
1/4 cup deli-style cream cheese
1 mini cucumber, sliced
1 1/2 oz smoked salmon
lemon zest
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp deli-style cream cheese
1 sliced peach
drizzle honey
Instructions
Divide between 4 toasted multi-grain baguette slices: 1 tbsp butter (softened), ¼ cup watercress sprigs, 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs, 1 tsp finely chopped red onion, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Divide between 4 toasted multi-grain baguette slices: ¼ cup deli-style cream cheese, top with slices from 1 minicucumber, 1½ oz smoked salmon and a few threads of lemon zest.
Divide between 4 toasted multi-grain baguette slices: 2 tbsp almond butter mixed with 2 tbsp deli-style cream cheese, 1 sliced peach and a drizzle of honey.
